みなさん、こんにちは。今回のPEOPLISMは江川ななかさんです。
彼女のISMは「全部顔に出す主義」です。「帰りたいな、という気持ちから、帰りたくないな、という気持ちまで、顔に出します。」とのこと。意外と表情に出すことが憚られるこの時代。彼女のISMを詳しく伺いましょう。
Q. このISMに至った理由は、何かあるのでしょうか。
– 理由はシンプルに2つあって、「何も考えたくないから」と「わかりやすい人間になりたいから」ですね。
Q. とてもシンプルですね。何かISMに関連したエピソードはありますか？
– 仕事では結構ありますね。会社の飲み会に行く時は、大体帰りたい顔をしていると思います。本当に帰りたい時は、ちゃんと「帰りまーす」と大きな声で言っちゃいますね。
Q. 顔は関係なくなってますよね、それ。
– 今回のインタビューで気がついたんですけど、よく考えたら仕事場にいる時は帰りたいなって顔をしているし、仕事している時は仕事嫌だなって顔をしてますね。上司にもよく帰りたそうだね、って言われています。
Q. 帰りたい顔をした時の、ベストなパターンなどあるのでしょうか。
– 飲み会の場合だと、２軒目に移るタイミングで先輩が「帰っても大丈夫だよ！」って言ってくれた時は熱いですね。あとは女の子の友達が「一緒に帰ろう！」って言ってくれて帰れるのもベストパターンです。さらに欲を言えば、誰かが仕事変わってくれたりすると最高です。
最後に江川さんの最近のイチオシの曲を伺いました。

彼女の人生がちゃんと曲に反映されていて、まるで日記みたいなのがとても良いとのこと。

Hello, everyone. Today’s article of PEOPLISM features Nanaka Egawa.
Her ISM is “Show all on my face – ISM”. She said “I’ll show all on my face, from ‘I want to go home’ to ‘I don’t want to go home.’”. Surprisingly, we live in a time when people are afraid to show their emotions on their faces. Let’s hear more about her ISM.
Q. What are the reasons that led you to this ISM?
– There are two simple reasons: I don’t want to think about anything, and I want to be a person who is easy to understand.
Q. It’s very simple. Do you have any episodes related to ISM?
– There are quite a few at work. When I go to a company get-together, I usually make a face that I want to leave. When I really want to go home, I say “I’m going home” in a loud voice.
Q. It’s not about the face anymore, is it?
– I realized it during this interview, but when I think about it, when I am at work, I look like I want to go home, and when I am working, I look like I don’t want to work. My boss often tells me that I look like I want to go home.
Q. Is there any best pattern for when you look like you want to leave?
– In the case of a get-together, It’s hot when we move to the second one and senpai says, “It’s okay to go home!”. And when a girl’s friend says, “Let’s go home together!” and you can go home with them. If I wanted more, it would be great if someone could take over my job for me.
Lastly, we asked her about her most recent favorite song.

She said that the song reflects her life and is like a diary, which is very good.
